What is the EXPAND Your Church program?
EXPAND Your Church is a 12-month strategic growth and development program designed to help pastors and church leaders build healthy and growing churches and ministries. Including in the program we asses all ministry pathways, governance structures, leadership capacities, and volunteer systems.
Who is this program for?
This program is ideal for senior pastors, church planters, ministry leadership teams, and anyone responsible for church administration or vision execution. Whether your church is new, growing, or plateaued, this program meets you where you are and helps you scale with purpose.
How long is the program and what’s the format?
EXPAND Your Church is a 12-month program. It includes structured phases, monthly check-ins, digital tools, and ongoing support. Some sessions are live (via Zoom/MS teams) or in person. Depending on the initial discussion and enrolment package.
Do I need to have a big church to benefit?
Not at all. The EXPAND model is scalable — it’s designed to help you grow healthy structures whether you’re planting a church, leading a mid-sized congregation, or managing a large ministry team.
Is the program biblically based?
Yes. EXPAND Your Church is deeply rooted in biblical principles and sound theology. Founded on Isaiah 54 we ensure strong biblical principles are followed through out.
Can my leadership team participate with me?
Absolutely! In fact, we encourage team participation to ensure alignment and increase implementation success. Team access options are available based on your enrolment package.
What’s the difference between EXPAND and traditional church consulting?
EXPAND combines spiritual leadership development with strategic systems thinking. Rather than giving you a one-time report, we walk with you for a year to ensure an establish culture and leadership framework is build and implemented. We focus on long-term growth rather than quick fixes.
